Supplier Management
The Group has formulated a series of guiding documents, such as the Supplier Management Measures, Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Management Measures, Medical Equipment Procurement Management Measures, Medical Equipment Procurement Regulations and Implementation Rules, and Construction Procurement Management Implementation Rules. These documents strictly standardize the assessment criteria for supplier selection, choosing pharmaceutical and medical equipment suppliers with qualified certifications, legal operations, good service capabilities, and a commitment to fulfilling social and environmental responsibilities. We give priority to local suppliers of products and services, actively promote the capacity building of local suppliers, and support regional economic development and community self - sustainability.
We evaluate suppliers through daily performance assessments and annual comprehensive evaluations. The evaluation includes delivery quality, product quality, energysaving, environmental protection, and after-sales service. Based on the evaluation results, suppliers are managed by grade. Suppliers with a score below 65 in the IV category are required to rectify within a specified period, and failure to meet the rectification requirements results in a one-year ban within GT-PRC. Suppliers involved in bid-rigging, collusion, supporting false bids, dereliction of duty, or fraudulent behavior are subject to "blacklist" management and banned across the entire group.
The Group collaborates with suppliers to establish their ownership and capabilities. jointly promoting suppliers' sense of responsibility towards sustainable development and investing in enhancing their management capabilities. This encourages continuous improvement for long - term sustainable cooperation.
To ensure the effectiveness of these initiatives, the group has established a scientific evaluation mechanism. It regularly collects supply chain management information, conducts risk assessments, and ensures that management practices and plans can effectively address potential risks. Additionally, Global Medical regularly reviews its supply chain management practices through a review mechanism to identify improvement opportunities and optimize implementation schemes.
