UM’s Northwest Medical Testing Center Passed ISO15189
From March 18 to March 20, China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (中国合格评定国家认可委员会,CNAS) appointed Li Zengshan, Director of pathology department of Xijing Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University（空军军医大学西京医院）, Chen Wei and Wang Xiaoqin, director of medical testing department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University（西安交通大学第一附属医院）, Jiang Xiaojian, director of medical testing department of Xi'an Central Hospital（西安市中心医院）, and Yihai Gu, director of medical testing department of 3201 Hospital of Hanzhong（汉中市三二〇一医院）as the experts of the evaluation group to on-site evaluate the medical testing department of XD Group Hospital of Genertec Universal Medical on ISO15189 "medical testing quality and ability accreditation".
The first work meeting
The evaluation team stationed in the laboratory, carried out a comprehensive review of quality management, including temporary inspection, biochemistry, immunity and genomics
The last work meeting
After three days of rigorous and meticulous evaluation, XD Group Hospital medical testing department passed ISO15189 site review smoothly.
ISO15189 is the international recognized standard of quality and capability requirements of medical laboratories. The medical testing department of XD Group Hospital, as the Genertec Universal Medical’s medical testing center in northwest China, will effectively promote the standardization and quality management of medical institutions. In the future, Genertec Universal Medical will take this opportunity to continuously promote the regional testing center to play a leading role, provide support with stronger professional strength, and achieve high-quality development.
