On September 22, 2020, Yu Xubo, board chairman of China General Technology (Group) Holding, Ltd. (中国通用技术（集团）控股有限责任公司, “Genertec”) , together with Xie Biao, deputy general manager of Genertec, and their party, visited Genertec Universal Medical Group Company Limited (“UM”, HK.2666) to research and survey the listed subsidiary’s work about the 14th Five-year Plan.

Peng Jiahong, CEO of UM, reported to the leadership on UM’s performance about key operating indicators in 2020 and the company’s own “14th Five-year Plan” in terms of three business sections (finance, healthcare and health industry chain), including development outlook, measures and business plans.

Yu highly appreciated UM’s operating performance, development plan, entrepreneurship as well as vigorous corporate culture, and made further requests and suggestions about the company’s next-stage 14th Five-year Plan design. UM, acting as the key operating entity in healthcare section of Genertec, said by Yu, is expected to play well its flagship role in Genertec’s future journey. Genertec is confident of UM’s development capability and potentials, and would continue to strongly support the listed company as always.
