On August 20th, Genertec Minmetals Hospital Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was unveiled in Beijing Genertec Building. Several company leaders attended the ceremony including Mr. Yu Tengxun, vice-president of China Railway Group Limited (中国中铁股份有限公司, CREC), Mr. Xie Biao, deputy general manager of Genertec, Mr. He Mengtong, chairman of the board of China Railway State Asset Management Co., Ltd. (中铁国资资产管理有限公司, CR Asset), Mr. Luo Yugui, general manager of CR Asset, Ms. Peng Jiahong, CEO of Genertec Universal Medical Group Company Limited (“Universal Medical”, HK. 2666) and Mr. Feng Qingming, CMO of Universal Medical.

As early as 2019, Universal Medical entered into a medical institution integration agreement with CR Asset, in relation to the establishment of a joint venture called Genertec Minmetals Hospital Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Up to now, the management company has integrated and operated as many as 6 hospitals including CREGC Second Hospital (中铁二局集团第二医院), Center Hospital Affiliated to China Railway No.3 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (中铁三局集团中心医院), Genertec Universal CREC Hangzhou Hospital (中铁五局集团富阳医院), Hospital Affiliated to China Railway No.5 Bureau No.2 Engineering Co., Ltd. (中铁五局二公司医院), Genertec Universal CREC Wuhu Hospital (中铁上海局芜湖医院) and Genertec Universal CREC Shanhaiguan Bridge Hospital (中铁山桥集团医院). 

In future, the management company will regulate its operation mechanism and enhance business coordination by introduction of managerial philosophy. Based on the management company, Universal Medical will cooperate with CR Assets to do better in discipline development, IT construction and operation improvement by tailored solutions for different hospitals, whose potentials are expected to release by uniform standards and coordinated development. These hospitals, whose treatment and service capability to be upgraded, will achieve high-quality development to serve CREC staff and local residents with more professional and convenient medical solutions with humanistic care.
