UM CEO Peng Jiahong Addressed Beijing International Digestive Disease Forum

The 17th Beijing International Digestive Disease Forum(北京国际消化疾病论坛,BIDDF), the reputed magnificent academic conference in digestive disease area organized by Chinese Medical Doctor Association (中国医师协会, CMDA), National Clinical Medicine Research Center on Digestive Disease (国家消化系统疾病临床医学研究中心), the Gastroenterologist Branch of CDMA(中国医师协会消化医师分会)and Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University(首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院), the was held online on 16th -17th August, 2020. BIDDF, which has been committed to innovation, guidance, promotion and popularization of digestive discipline, functions as a bridge for digestive discipline in China to go outside the country and bring in advanced experience. Ms. Peng Jiahong, CEO of Genertec Universal Medical Group Company Limited (“Universal Medical”, HK.2666), was invited to the conference and did an address with the theme of “Collectivized Development of Digestive Discipline”.


As a Health and Medical Conglomerate with a SOE background, Universal Medical has signed acquisition contracts in relation to almost 50 medical institutions across 11 provinces in China, supporting “Healthy China Strategy” with collectivized operation as an advantage. The company has been devoted to building an ecosystem for discipline development.


The important value for collectivized discipline development ecosystem, Peng said during her speech, lies in the establishment of a discipline system with homogenization, normalization and standardization, the creation of a better career development platform for medical staff, the full play to big data advantages to promote discipline development and patient services, the integrated development of hospitals and benefits to patients.

 

Universal Medical is focusing on developing its digestive discipline and it is of great importance to drive the integrated development of the hospital by developing digestive discipline. Universal Medical is closely cooperating with National Clinical Medicine Research Center on Digestive Disease and Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University, which is regarded as a solid step towards the homogenization of medical technology and medical quality, the standardization of practice and normalization of management.
