On June 5, Genertec Universal Medical signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Beifei Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beifei Aviation"). Wang Wenbing, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Universal Medical, met with Zhang Shuguang, Chairman of Beifei Aviation and Professor at Beihang University, as well as Jin Gang, President of Beifei Aviation, and jointly attended the signing ceremony.

Beifei Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of aviation electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) manned aircraft. Featuring pure electric energy, vertical take-off and landing without runways, advanced tilting configurations, and intelligent flight capabilities, eVTOL aircraft offer the advantages of low carbon, low noise, and high safety, providing safe, reliable, convenient, and environmentally friendly transportation for future urban mobility.

The two sides will carry out multi-channel and all-round cooperation in the following fields: the construction of low-altitude ambulance systems, the development of industrial-financial integration products for eVTOL aircraft, and the establishment of a digital collaborative system for low-altitude medical rescue.

This cooperation is not only a key measure for the company to actively respond to the national call for developing strategic emerging industries and improving the emergency management system, as well as a forward-looking layout for the future medical ecosystem.
