An entirely new sort of video signing ceremony, for a homogenized diagnosis and treatment platform of digestive diseases to be built under Genertec Universal Medical Group Company Limited (“Universal Medical”, HK.2666) with the support of National Clinical Research Center for Digestive Diseases (“NCRC-DD”, 国家消化系统疾病临床医学研究中心), was held on June 7th . The online conference also provided venue for launching remote lessons on digestive subjects. NCRC-DD, one of the largest comprehensive diagnosis and treatment research centers for digestive diseases in the world, is supported and sponsored by Ministry of Science and Technology (“MOST”, 科技部), National Health Commission (“NHC”, 国家卫生健康委员会) and Logistics Support Department of the Central Military Commission (中央军委后勤保障部). The state-of-the-art institution aims to build up a national-level medical science innovative system to promote clinical research capacities and make a high-end medical center for clinical medicine and conversion research. BFH, the supporting unit of NCRC-DD, boasts its digestive system department as state key discipline, and has made consistent innovations and breakthroughs on pathogenesis, early diagnosis and treatment solutions in stubborn diseases and cancers of digestive system, shouldering supporting tasks in the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan and “863 Plan”.

NCRC-DD will launch “Friendship Digestive through Train” and “Hand in Hand Training” projects for Universal Medical hospitals to bring a comprehensive rise in research, diagnosis and treatment and build a homogenized diagnosis and treatment platform of digestive diseases within the UM ecosystem.
