The Fifth “Improve Medical Service” National Hospital Contest (Cities, Northeast Competition Area) was held in Dalian, Liaoning, on 18th -19th October. A service quality case entitled “Deepen Quality Service: Improve the Elderly Medical Experience”, sent by Ansteel Group Hospital, a member of Genertec Universal Medical Group Company Limited (“Universal Medical”, HK. 2666), won the first place in the nursing group contest on 18th and will take part in the final match in Beijing during 30th October to 1st December. In the meantime, a pharmacy case named “Extent New Area of Pharmaceutical Care: Rationalization on the Elderly Drugs” was selected into “Best Cases” in National Hospital Contest (Cities, Northeast Competition Area).

        Later, after 2 hours of fierce final live competition on 19th , “Deepen Quality Service: Improve the Elderly Medical Experience” took back the Bronze Prize, and shared the Most Popular Prize in 2019 National Hospital Contest (Cities, Northeast Competition Area) with teammates “Extent New Area of Pharmaceutical Care: Rationalization on the Elderly Drugs” and emergency case “Better Emergency: Every Minute Counts”.

        The contest, under the guidance of Medical Policy and Administration (National Health Commission), was hosted by CN-healthcare.com, organized by the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, and has been held for five times. It marks a strong practice answering the industry spirit of “No fear for rigors, Willing to sacrifice, Heal the wounded and rescue the dying with boundless love” and the call from “Plan on Further Improve Medical Service” promulgated by National Health and Family Planning Commission and National Administration of Chinese Traditional Medicine.
