Hello, everybody.

Today is the second anniversary of IPO. On behalf of the management and staff of Universal Medical, I would like to express my greatest gratitude to leaders from all departments, our shareholders, customers and business partners for your continuous trust and support.

Vast Territory

It has been two years since 2015 when we got listed in Hong Kong, during which we managed to sign the agreement with XJTU First Affiliated Hospital to co-establish International Landport Hospital. The cooperation, as our benchmark project, has been equipped with the most outstanding executive staff and diversified overseas medical resources. Leveraging on ourmedical industry experience for years, we are committed to making the newly-built hospital a state-of-the-art medical center which takes the lead in Northwest China. Moreover, other projects like Eastern Launch of Handan First Hospital are all in duly progress.

Hit the Floor

We co-organized the Sino-US Health Summit in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province and sponsored the fifth sub-forum titled“the Prevention and Control of CVA”. The summiteffectively raised the profile of Universal Medical and its awareness among hospital customers and industry experts. We also got more opportunities to cooperate with renowned overseas medical institutions. More cooperation channelsoccur and medical resourcesare collectedfrom home and abroad.

Elite Troops

Weprofoundly believed that a business with strong execution shalldefinitely be equipped with high-calibre staff, and a business with high-calibre staff shall definitely have a promising future.We have got 585 employees so far, of which about 60% are with post-graduate degrees or above, and about 50% with medical background.At our operation center level, we proactively promote the nurturing and recruitment of professionals in the areas of medicine supply chain management, hospital planning and construction, and hospital operation and management. At subsidiaries level, we plan and deploy professional team in advance according to the business need of the subsidiaries.We have been supported by a team of nearly one hundred staff in the areas of medicine supply chain management, hospital planning and construction, and hospital operation and management. We recognize the importance of talents for corporate development from the initial stage of financial talents recruitment to the proactive recruitment of medical talents. With a strong team in place to promote the simultaneous and orderly execution of various projects, we are fully geared up for the synergistic development of our various segments.

Over the years we have been required regional business staff to further explore opportunities in niche markets and strengthen the level of marketing for healthcare financialbusiness. Now we maintain good asset quality, improve risk control, enhance financing capability and exploit healthcare business territory step by step.However, we firmly believed that only a business with firm and solid foundation can stand any fierce test in complex market environment and therefore, consolidation and innovation advance side by side: wego all out to enhance business investment and management business while consistently consolidating our leading position in lease industry. In the years to come, Universal Medical will firmly grasp the opportunity from healthcare business matrix, establish a complete business chain tofurther promote a rapid growth.
