The annual general meeting of Universal Medical Financial & Technical Advisory Services Company Limited (the “Company”, HK.2666) was held in Hong Kong on the afternoon of 5 June 2017. All the proposed resolutions such as the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2016 and final dividend were duly deliberated and approved by the annual general meeting.

Chairman of the Board Mr. Zhang Yichen, Vice-chairman of the Board Mr. Jiangxin, Executive Director and CEO Mr. Guo Weiping and Executive Director, CFO and Deputy General Manager Ms. Peng Jiahong attended the meeting.
