March 29-30 2015, the 2015 International Healthcare Industry Summit was held in Changsha to develop our HIT business, enhance our influence and popularity and promote the communication and exchange in China and abroad. It was co-host by Universal Medical Services and Health Management Co., Ltd (UMS), Health Information Statistics Center of National Health and Family Planning Commission of Hunan Province and China Health Management Academy Union, and sponsored by China Industry-University Research Institute Collaboration Association. Some officials attended the conference and delivered speeches, including Mr. Zhang Dafang, the Vice Chairman of CPPCC of Hunan Province, and Ms. She Jing, the Chairwoman of China Health Management Academy Union, the Vice Chairwoman of China Soong Ching Ling Foundation and the former Vice Health Minister.

More than 300 experts, scholars, practitioners and friends from business society attended the conference and carried out in-depth discussions focusing on global advanced HIT and the promotion of HIT development in China. They shared their views on the trend of international HIT capability building, analyzed the problems of current HIT in China and proposed reasonable solutions and methods for China’s HIT to realize seamless connection with world HIT system.

During the years, UMS has been devoted to the promotion of China’s healthcare industry. Based on the prosperous healthcare market in China and the rich healthcare resources and the hospital customers that spread all over China, UMS formulated a integrated service system that focuses on healthcare services to contribute to China’s healthcare industry. In the field of HIT, UMS sets its view to the world to learn from experienced international counterparts. By combining the experience with the conditions for HIT construction, application and management in China, UMS plans to develop multi-dimensional analysis platform of core healthcare data and integrated IT solution for healthcare institutes, in order to provide HIT system that is simple, integrated and with high interoperability.
