In order to effectively improve the ability of grassroots medical services and promote the precise sinking of high-quality medical resources, recently, General Technology Group Company/Universal Medical, together with Beijing Tsinghua Changgeng Hospital, formed a special working group to carry out field research in the company's secondary and lower level medical institutions in Beijing and Hebei regions, accurately check the current situation of grassroots medical development, and lay the foundation for the next step of bilateral cooperation to explore the quality and efficiency improvement of the grassroots medical system.

This survey was led by Wang Shinan, the chief accountant and member of the Party Committee of Group Company/Universal Medical, Lin Qiongjing, the chief accountant of Beijing Tsinghua Changgeng Hospital, and Li Dong, director of the Medical Data Science Center of Beijing Tsinghua Changgeng Hospital. Experts in clinical medicine, hospital management, medical health technology and other fields were organized to go deep into clinical and administrative departments around multi-dimensional aspects such as discipline construction, smart medical construction, and operation management, to understand the hospital's construction of the "medical, health, nutrition, and prevention" service system and its actual operation after this round of medical reform.

In 2025, Group Company/Universal Medical and Beijing Tsinghua Changgeng Hospital have established a multi-level and wide coverage strategic cooperation system. This joint research is the first substantial implementation of cooperation between the two parties in grassroots scenarios, aiming to systematically identify structural shortcomings in the supply side of grassroots healthcare through the collaborative model of "central enterprise medical platform+top public hospitals", and provide scientific basis for precise resource allocation and improving operational efficiency in the next step.

In the next step, Group Company/Universal Medical will, based on the research results and relying on the integration and empowerment capability of the central enterprise medical platform, focus on the construction of characteristic specialties, optimization of operation management, application of digital tools and other aspects to form landing and replicable solutions, continue to promote the improvement of quality and efficiency of its medical institutions, create a regional medical service benchmark, and serve the national health infrastructure project with practical actions.
