UM Was Selected as a SOE Corporate Governance Model by SASAC
Recently, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) issued the list of State-Owned Enterprise Corporate Governance Model.
Recently, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) issued the list of State-Owned Enterprise Corporate Governance Model. Genertec Universal Medical as a grass-roots enterprise was selected in this list successfully.
In order to accelerate the construction of modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, SASAC takes important measures to improve enterprise governance ability and promote governance efficiency.
