Universal Medical x China Building Materials Academy: Formal Cooperation Agreement
On 28th January 2021, Genertec Universal Medical Group Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Universal Medical", 2666.HK) entered into a cooperation agreement with China Building Materials Academy (hereinafter referred to as "Xi'an “CBMA”) . Since then, Guanzhuang Dongli has been formally joined Universal Medical.
CBMA became the largest, most powerful research and development center in China's building materials and inorganic non-metallic area.,covering cement, concrete, wall material, glass, ceramics, refractory and new materials. It has made major scientific and technological achievements and made outstanding contributions to the construction and modernization of the national economy. Guanzhuang Dongli Hospital is affiliated to CBMA, locating in the East Fifth Ring Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It is a primary hospital with special departments such as traditional Chinese Medical and stomatology, serving 500,000 residents in the surrounding area.
Universal Medical will take full advantage of group management to help primary medical institutions improve their diagnosis and treatment capabilities, improve service quality, and improve management, and will effectively promote the high-quality development of primary medical services, in order to provide local people with better medical and health services.
