Genertec Universal Medical Group Company Limited (“Universal Medical”,HK.2666）reaches cooperative relationship with China Minmetals Corporation (中国五矿集团有限公司,“China Minmetals”) and CITIC Capital Holdings Limited (中信资本控股有限公司, “CITIC Capital”), and signs a quadrilateral agreement with Minmetals Asset Management Corporation Ltd. (五矿资产经营管理有限公司, “Minmetals Asset”), Minmetals Innovation Investment Co., Ltd. (五矿创新投资有限公司, “Minmetals Investment”) and CITIC Capital in relation to the formation of a joint venture in Beijing for reintegration of several hospitals under China Minmetals. The largest shareholder of the joint venture will be Universal Medical. Pursuant to the cooperation, the joint venture will take over the hospital assets in stages according the conditions of these hospitals.
